45 Day Dry Aged Grass-fed NY Strip


In partnership with Brunson Meats we have a limited edition 45 day dry aged NY Strip Steaks now available.  Using a proprietary white mold strain fostered by Chef Justin Brunson he brings out a flavor profile and tenderness unlike any other dry aged steak you'll ever try.  

Each steak weighs between 12.5 oz and 16oz

The steaks have a pleasant buttered popcorn and nutty nose and taste profile.
