Greater Denver Area Local Home Delivery FAQ's

 

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Firstly you may subscribe to one of our subscription baskets or place an alacarte market order. Once you decide what better fits your wants/needs, simply select your desired basket or meat cuts, add them to your cart, and check out. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and what day it will get delivered to you!

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: No, we do not have a minimum order amount! 

Q: Where do you source your meat from?
A: We only work with trusted farms/ranches that prioritize quality, sustainability, and ethical practices right here in the USA. 

Q: What types of meat do you offer?
A: We offer a wide selection including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, seafood, and specialty meats. 

Q: Do you sell any sort of milk?
A: No, we do not carry any milk products

Q: Do you sell any sort of butter?
A: No, we do not carry any butter products

Q: Is your beef grass-fed and finished?
A: Yes, the beef we source is only grass-fed and grass-finished. 

Q: Are the animals given vaccines?
A: Please visit our resources tab, and then click the vaccine option to review all vaccine information about each of the animals that we source. 

Q: Will my meat arrive to my home fresh or frozen?
A: All of our meat will arrive to you frozen. 

Q: How is my product delivered?
A: All of our meat will arrive to you frozen in a cold/hot silver bag with a frozen gel pack at the bottom. On your next order, please set out the used cold/hot silver bag and gel pack and we will pick the old supplies up and drop off your new order and so on!

Q: Is your beef regenerative and grass-fed and finished?
A: Yes, the beef we source is only grass-fed/grass-finished certified regenerative. 

Q: Is your pork pasture-raised?
A: Yes, the pork we source is only pasture-raised. 

Q: Is your chicken organic pasture-raised regenerative?
A: Yes, the chicken we source is only organic pasture-raised regenerative. 

Q: Is the chicken water or air chilled
A: The chicken is water chilled in purified water with no bleaches or additives.

Q: What feed is given to the hens that lay eggs?
A: The chicken feed is a make up of corn and soy base with sea kelp and minerals added and is not soy free.

Q: Is your lamb grass-fed and finished?
A: Yes, the lamb we source is only grass-fed/grass-finished certified regenerative. 

Q: Is your seafood sustainably caught?
A: Yes, the seafood we source is wild caught/trackable and sustainably caught. 

Q: Do you deliver year round?
A: Yes we do! 365 days a year!

Q: How many days a week do you deliver?
A: 4 days a week. Mon-Thurs.

Q: How long can my order sit on my porch?
A: The meat can last up to 12 hours on the porch frozen in the insulated bags with gel packs.

Q: Do you have a delivery fee?
A: No we do not, it is free! Please do note that the cost of our products reflect delivery into them. 

Q: Do you deliver to work addresses?
A: No, due to different schedules people are at work, logistics, and our delivery routes it makes it too difficult to deliver to work addresses 

Q: Do you deliver to apartment complexes?
A: Yes, please at checkout just give us all the details our delivery driver would need to make the drop off as smooth as easy as possible. ie: door codes, garage codes, elevator info, where to park etc. 

Q: When is your deliver window?
A: You can expect your order to arrive anywhere from 9:30AM-6:00PM. We will send a confirmation to you when it has been dropped off.

Q: When do I need to place my order by in order to receive it?
A: We deliver Mon-Thur. Please have your order in by 6:00PM the day before your deliver date in order to receive your order that week. If it is placed after that time your order will be delivered to you the following week. 

Q: Do you have any military, healthcare, educator discounts?
A: Yes, we do. Please email us and inquire for more details. 

Q: Do I have to do a subscription in order to get meat from you?
A: No, we offer ala carte orders as well where you can select the cuts of meat you want. Just visit our Market on our website and pick the cuts you want and add to your cart.

Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive the wrong item, missing an item, or something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they may already be in processing.

Q: How do I skip an order?
A: Go to Pasture Provisions Account Login Page - Enter Your Email and PW (If you've ordered but never created an account select Register and enter your information using the same email you placed your original order with) - Select "Manage Subscription" - Select the "Manage" drop down on the far right - Select "Upcoming Orders" - Under the Actions column click "Skip Order" for any dates you don't want to receive a delivery. -You will not be charged for any "skipped" deliveries and charges will resume at your next scheduled delivery date.

Q: How do I change my basket size or the delivery frequency?
A: Go to Pasture Provisions Account Login Page - Enter Your Email and PW (If you've ordered but never created an account select Register and enter your information using the same email you placed your original order with) - Select "Manage Subscription" - Select the "Manage" drop down on the far right. - Cancel your existing subscription by selecting "Cancel Order" from the drop down. - Add the desired new subscription to your cart from our baskets pages and checkout with your new selection. - Your order and billing will be adjusted for your next delivery.

Q: Is your packaging recyclable?
A: Yes! Our hot/cold bags, lunch bags, gel packs are all recyclable/reusable. 

Q: How should I store my meat when it arrives?
A: All meat arrives frozen or partially frozen. Please place items in your freezer upon arrival or refrigerate for immediate use.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes, please tell your friends and family all about us! We ship to all 50 states. Please see below for any questions you may have with that.

A: We use insulated, eco-friendly packaging and dry ice to ensure your order stays cold and safe during transit.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days depending on your location.

Q: Can I schedule my delivery?
A: While we can't guarantee specific delivery times, you’ll receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipments' progress.
