2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to your heat preference)

Mix the Rub
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir thoroughly until uniform. -
Store & Use
Transfer to an airtight container. Rub on meat from ~12 inches above surface to ensure even coverage. Use at least 1 hour before cooking.
