Chatfield CSA Meat Shares
Pasture Provisions is proud to be participating in the Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms CSA for the 2018 season. Shareholders of the Chatfield CSA will have the opportunity to sign up for our meat share that will include pickups every other week for both the Denver Botanic Garden pickup on Tuesdays and the Chatfield Farms pickup on Thursdays.
Our meat only baskets are designed for those seeking a variety of locally raised grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised heritage pork and free-range chicken to compliment the vegetables, eggs and other products available through Chatfield Farms and their participating partners.
We are offering both a Medium and Large Meat Share, please select the pickup location aligned with your CSA.
Medium Meat Shares

What to Expect:
- An average of 5 pounds of Meat per pickup
- Mix of grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and free-range whole chicken
- Typical basket will include:
- 1-2 pounds of steaks, chops or other premium cuts
- 1-2 pounds of bacon, roasts, stew meats, etc
- 1-2 pounds of ground beef or ground sausage
Large Meat Shares

What to Expect:
- An average of 10 Pounds of Meat per pickup
- Mix of grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and free-range whole chicken
- Typical basket will include:
- 2-3 pounds of steaks, chops or other premium cuts
- 3-4 pounds of bacon, roasts, stew meats, etc
- 3-4 pounds of ground beef or ground sausage
Pasture Provisions is focused on the highest quality Colorado grass-fed and pasture-raised meats and vegetables grown using organic principles. Each baskets contents are hand-selected based on the availability and seasonality of the products we source from our partner ranches and farms.
