About The Product - Our Pasture Raised Whole Turkeys (15-16lbs) are the perfect choice for this upcoming holiday season. These pastured birds were raised by Alden Hills Organic Farms in Walworth, Wisconsin for our close farm partner, Parker Pastures.

Alden Hills Turkeys are never given antibiotics, hormones, or GMO feed, ensuring that you get the healthiest meats possible. Their Turkeys are given a greater variety of feed (plants, insects etc.) and plenty of room to roam. These two things make for a flavorful and healthy meat that your family will notice immediately this holiday season! Cooking Recommendations - Roast: Season the turkey with herbs, butter, and aromatics, then roast at 325°F for approximately 15 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Smoke: Smoke the turkey at low heat (225°F - 250°F) for 30-40 minutes per pound for a smoky, flavorful result. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and deep fry the turkey for 3-4 minutes per pound for a crispy exterior and juicy meat. Brine for Tenderness: Brining the turkey overnight in a saltwater solution ensures a juicy, tender bird.
