What You’ll Need

  • 1 pork tenderloin (~1.5–2 lbs)

  • 2–3 Tbsp Coffee BBQ Rub (see Pasture Provisions Coffee Rub recipe)

  • 1–2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

  • Optional: fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Let’s Cook

  1. Prep the Pork
Pat pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub all sides with olive oil, then generously coat with the coffee BBQ rub. Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes while your grill heats.

  2. Preheat the Grill
Heat grill to medium-high heat (~400°F). Make sure grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. Grill the Pork
Place tenderloin on the grill. Cook 12–15 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  4. Rest & Slice
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice into medallions against the grain.

  5. Serve
Drizzle with any remaining rub or a light glaze of your favorite BBQ sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
