  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple

  • 6–8 stems fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup finely diced white onion

  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and finely chopped (for spicy salsa)

  • ½ green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped (for mild salsa)

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Let’s Cook

  1. Mix Ingredients
Add pineapple, cilantro, onion, serrano (or bell pepper), lime zest, and lime juice to a large bowl. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

  2. Stir & Adjust
Stir until everything is evenly distributed. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  3. Optional Blend
For a smoother salsa, pulse in a blender until your desired consistency, keep some small chunks for texture.

  4. Serve & Store
