Zest and juice of 1 lime

Mix Ingredients
Add pineapple, cilantro, onion, serrano (or bell pepper), lime zest, and lime juice to a large bowl. Season with sea salt and black pepper. -
Stir & Adjust
Stir until everything is evenly distributed. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. -
Optional Blend
For a smoother salsa, pulse in a blender until your desired consistency, keep some small chunks for texture. -
Serve & Store
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or spoon over tacos, pork, chicken, or fish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–5 days.
