20 Minute Chilie Ramen

Ingredients:
- 1lb Green Chile Sausage (Sliced or removed from casing)
- 2 Cloves Garlic Thinly Sliced
- 6 scallions (slice whites and reserve sliced greens for garnish)
- 1Qt Jar @denverbonebroth chicken broth
- 2 tsp Sesame or olive oil
- 1-2 tsp five spice power
- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 carrot julienned
- Cilantro
- (2) Hard or Medium boiled NutriPeak eggs

Directions:
- Bring pot of water to boil for cooking ramen noodles (you can also hard boil the eggs in this pot while you prep the ingredients or make the hard boiled eggs in advance)
- Add oil to wok or large pan over medium high heat
- Sauté scallion whites and garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
- Turn heat to high and add green chile sausage (I like to remove from the casing, but you can slice into rounds).  Brown sausage (alternate meat is ground pork or cajun style sausage)
- Add ginger and five spice and mix into meat
- Pour 1 quart jar @denverbonebroth chicken broth over cooked meat
- Bring to gentle boil and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Salt to taste
- Add ramen noodles to pot of boiling water and cook per instructions.
- Divide cooked ramen in large bowls
- Pour ramen broth and meat over noodles.
- Garnish with carrots, cilantro and sliced hard boiled egg.
