6 Scallions (slice whites, reserve greens for garnish)
-
1 Qt Jar @denverbonebroth Chicken Broth
-
2 tsp Sesame or Olive Oil
-
1–2 tsp Five Spice Powder
-
2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger (or 1 tsp Ginger Powder)
-
1 Carrot, julienned
-
Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
-
(2) Hard or Medium-Boiled NutriPeak Eggs
-
Ramen Noodles (4 servings, cooked per package instructions)
Let’s Cook
-
Prep your pot – Bring a large pot of water to a boil for ramen noodles. (Optional: boil your eggs in this pot while prepping the rest, or use pre-cooked eggs.)
-
Build the flavor – Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and scallion whites for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
-
Cook the pork – Add ground pork to the pan, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
-
Season it up – Stir in grated ginger and five spice powder until evenly combined with the pork.
-
Make the broth – Pour in @denverbonebroth chicken broth. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5–10 minutes. Salt to taste.
-
Cook the noodles – Add ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions. Drain.
-
Assemble bowls – Divide noodles among bowls, then ladle the hot pork and broth mixture over top.
-
Finish & garnish – Add julienned carrot, fresh cilantro, scallion greens, and sliced hard- or medium-boiled eggs. Serve hot.
