What You’ll Need

  • 2 Boneless or Bone-In Pork Chops

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (we like The Ginger People – Sweet Chili Sauce)

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (add more for extra heat, or a few dashes of habanero/hot sauce)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for pan cooking)

  • Cooked rice, for serving

Let’s Cook

Grilling Method

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.

  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat with half the glaze.

    • For stronger flavor, marinate chops in the glaze for 2+ hours before cooking.

  4. Grill pork chops ~4 minutes per side, or until cooked to medium/medium-well.

  5. Rest 5 minutes, then serve whole or sliced over rice.

  6. Drizzle with remaining glaze before serving.

Pan + Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix honey, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.

  3. Season chops with salt and pepper, then coat with half the glaze.

    • Optional: marinate 2+ hours for deeper flavor.

  4. Heat coconut oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.

  6. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 5–8 minutes, or until medium/medium-well.

  7. Rest 5 minutes, then slice or serve whole with rice.

  8. Drizzle with remaining glaze.
