What You’ll Need

2 Boneless or Bone-In Pork Chops 
- 
2 tbsp honey 
- 
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce (we like The Ginger People – Sweet Chili Sauce) 
- 
1 tbsp sriracha (add more for extra heat, or a few dashes of habanero/hot sauce) 
- 
Salt & pepper, to taste 
- 
1 tbsp coconut oil (for pan cooking) 
- 
Cooked rice, for serving 
Let’s Cook
Grilling Method
- 
Preheat grill to medium-high. 
- 
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. 
- 
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat with half the glaze. - 
For stronger flavor, marinate chops in the glaze for 2+ hours before cooking. 
 
- 
- 
Grill pork chops ~4 minutes per side, or until cooked to medium/medium-well. 
- 
Rest 5 minutes, then serve whole or sliced over rice. 
- 
Drizzle with remaining glaze before serving. 
Pan + Oven Method
- 
Preheat oven to 350°F. 
- 
Mix honey, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. 
- 
Season chops with salt and pepper, then coat with half the glaze. - 
Optional: marinate 2+ hours for deeper flavor. 
 
- 
- 
Heat coconut oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. 
- 
Sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms. 
- 
Transfer skillet to oven and bake 5–8 minutes, or until medium/medium-well. 
- 
Rest 5 minutes, then slice or serve whole with rice. 
- 
Drizzle with remaining glaze.
